As a Trauma-Informed Practitioner, I weave somatic practices and tools into my breathwork to meet you where you're at.

Across all offerings, there is a big focus on nervous system regulation, developing safety in the body and developing awareness of often subconscious patterns.

Practices can include specific somatic meditations, somatic tracking and resourcing—to name a few.

Payment for individual sessions will be invoiced on the day of. Packages will be invoiced upfront. I’m open to payment plans; please contact me to discuss.
