Hello! I’m Holly and I am so glad you’re here.
Regardless of where you come from or what you are looking for, I truly believe we all deserve to be witnessed, loved unconditionally and to live our lives freely—yet so often, it’s our own shackles and limitations that hold us back.
I found breathwork and somatic practices while on my own journey of wrestling with constant anxiety and coping mechanisms from deep-rooted trauma.
They gave me hope, clarity and insight. They created space for buried, dormant things to surface and dissolve, without necessarily needing to find words or even understand it.
My experience became the driving force behind my work as a Breathwork Facilitator. It uniquely informs my approach and has helped cultivate a deep level of compassion and respect for others and for breathwork.
The attunement to the needs and boundaries of others is required for safe, supportive breathwork - and it comes quite naturally to me.
When I can hold that space for someone, it is an absolute honour and privilege and one that I don’t take for granted.

Breathing and bridging the gap between mind and body
At The Whole Breath, I facilitate Conscious Connected Breath (CCB), a circular breathing technique. As we inhale and exhale, without any pauses or holds, we fall into a rhythm that allows us to work with our window of tolerance and capacity of our nervous system. Working both to activate and calm the nervous system our brain wave patterns start to shift. We can enter altered states of consciousness, which grants us access to our subconscious, where conditioning and trauma reside, allowing for tender witnessing and processing. It is such a powerful tool and it can truly support you in the most tangible way.
